Hee hee this is super cute and such a fun card! Those papers are great and I love the sweet image that you have coloured brilliantly. That border is great and works so perfectly with this card and the icecream is a great touch.

What a really pretty card Linnie, your new image is so cute, and she looks like she's having fun in the water. Love the tag with the ice creams on too.....definitely could have used one of those today as it was so hot outside. Love all the colors of papers you've used too.
