Without the help of Bev i found using the distress inks much harder than i imagined she was so good but i must practice the blending more ..i think if i practice enough  i could get the hang of it but oooo i have a long way to go ..anyway crafters try and ignore my coloring lol

Smashing Day

Well i really must make a decent card today ..Yesterday was just fab i had a day out at the Hobby House at a workshop run by the mega talented Bev Rochester oooo that lady is one fun gal and the talent well its awsom..I went with my friend Net  of course  she was a bad influence as always and i spent tooo much cash lol lol lol, ok it wasnt all her fault lol in fact both Bev and Net reassured me that buying on the day saved me the postage i would have spent ordering when i got home lol lol ..weeeelll we do have to have everything dont we girls  lol lol lol . The demo was everything i expected and more, such a help and such a laugh. I have always wanted to have a go with Distress ink painting i looove to see it when it is done well, soooooo today i am going to have a go with my daisy may figs ...please check back later for my offering.

New Christmas sheets

I Know its early but i have been working on my New Christmas Sheets for weeks now there are Three sets  for sale you can find them here the DT are working with them as we speak so watch out for the beautiful samples....I do hope you like them there will be more to come but i know you all like to get started early esp those of you who make your cards for charity my blogger samples will be going to an animal charity.

Dt Card

Here is my card for the Cute Daisy may Challenge this week it is Monotone..I have used a cute daisy may figure.punched each side of my card with a Martha Stewart Punch..same for the fancy borders at the bottom..the flowers again are punched and the centre is a cricut diecut threaded with American Crafts ribbon

Hope you like it even though its pink AGAIN lol

big bow again

Okies i have to admit i looove making and putting large lace bows on my cards lol

I wanted to use up some photo corners from an old K&co kit so i have manged to frame Daisy may with them.

I Have used Brenda Waltan Paper and just some lace and ribbon from my stash

Okies something a little different for you today...RITA..has made these two cards using the Helping Hands Scenes to Decorate CD and her own decoupage...We created this CD so crafters like you and I could find use for our bits of decoupage and all our cds and stamps..there are loads of little scenes on there for crafters to play with..indoor and out

I would very much value your opinion on this kind of cd as it helps with our future ventures.

A Cheapie card today, I found these papers free in a magazine and it inspired me to use the cute Daisy May Digi stamp in a kind of summer chelsea flower show way ..I hope you like it, i just punched out the flowers with my retro flower punch from THE CRAFT DEN..the little charm was from Hobby House .

Todays little offering is using an image from my newest Cute daisy may sheet..I have mounted her on a couple of sheets of paper using the Daisy and Dandilion pad i like this pad it is really good value..The pink embossed flowers were from the CRAFT DEN..the large petals were created using a punch .

just a little different

well its not pink lol I used ranger inks for this one brick red..sakura gold for frills.. organza bow made from a piece of material and i just tied it into a bow with a piece of gold american crafts ribbon..black lace is threaded with the same gold ribbon..the corner pieces are brenda pinnack qvc. Just stamped the black swirls on the dress with black archival ink and a cd stamp.

I have useed the new cute daisy nay sheet 22 for this card today..again i have used my copics to create a spotted dress i think it saves lots of painting lol the papers are papermania scrumptious
and they are...I have used my decorative scissors to cut around daisy and i quite like it..I am on a mission to reuse my stuff that lurkes on my craft desk lol
